Our management practices are ISO-certified
Waterville TG received its first certification in October 1996, an ISO9001 at the Waterville factory, and an ISO9002 at the Coaticook factory. In May 1997, Waterville TG Inc. earns the automotive industry’s then-current QS-9000 certification.
Since 2001, all of Waterville TG’s sites, the Waterville, Coaticook, and Petrolia plants, as well as the warehouses, have a certificate of registration to the ISO 14001 environmental standard.
Our products meet the automotive industry’s highest worldwide standards
In 2018, Waterville TG replaces its ISO/TS 16949 certification, held since 2004, with the IATF 16949 standard, specific to the automotive industry. These rigorous standards regulate the process for development and manufacture of automotive components.
Waterville TG is certified as a secure exporter
Since 2011, we have been recognized as an exporter that meets the security standards of the voluntary C-TPAT program against terrorism. This supply-chain security program, put in place by US Customs, aims to improve logistics security for private companies in response to the threat of terrorism.
